Parenting and Family Coaching for all families with a special focus on LGBTQ parents

Parenting can be beautiful, overwhelming and deeply transformative, sometimes all at once. Between daily logistics, emotional labor, co parenting dynamics and the pressure to get it right, many parents lose the calm and connection they hope for.

My coaching offers clarity, confidence and practical support for your unique family. It is grounded in evidence based methods, empathy and lived experience as a gay dad to be.

Why Parenting Coaching Matters Today

Parenting does not come with a manual. Many parents feel stretched thin, isolated or unsure whether they are doing enough. Parenting coaching gives you space to pause and reflect without judgment and without pressure.

Instead of generic advice, we strengthen your inner guidance system. You learn how to parent with clarity, presence and confidence in a way that aligns with your values and your family’s needs.

How the Coaching Process Works

Parenting coaching is a structured and supportive process. Here is what it looks like:

1. Free Chemistry Call (15 to 20 minutes)

A short conversation to see if we are a good fit, personally and practically.

2. Kick Off Session (90 minutes)

We explore your situation, goals and challenges. This session builds the foundation for our work and clarifies expectations, roles and confidentiality.

3. Parenting Vision Session (90 to 120 minutes)

We develop a meaningful parenting vision based on your values, family ecology, stressors, resources and hopes. After this session, you will know exactly what your family needs next.

4. Ongoing Coaching Sessions (90 minutes each)

We work on communication, connection, roles, mental load, co parenting, family transitions like birth, school and puberty, emotional regulation and practical strategies.

5. Check Ins Between Sessions

Short reflections, prompts or exercises that help you integrate insights into everyday life.

6. Closure Session

Review, celebrate progress and set a long term course. Optional follow ups are available after three or six months.

LGBTQ Parenting Coaching

As a queer parent to be, I understand the unique joys and challenges that LGBTQ families navigate. This coaching space is designed for you, whether you are two dads, two moms, trans parents, non binary parents or part of a multi parent family.

  • feel confident in nurturing roles

  • prepare for parenthood including surrogacy

  • improve communication within their family

My approach is:

  • evidence based

Coaching vs Therapy vs Consulting

  • Therapy supports mental health treatment and healing.

  • Consulting offers expert advice.

  • Parenting coaching strengthens clarity, confidence and alignment so you can parent with intention.

Parenting coaching is collaborative, practical and future oriented.
