Parenting & Family Coaching – for all families, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ parents
Parenthood brings both joy and challenges. With our parenting and family coaching, you’ll find guidance, support, and new impulses for your everyday life. We support all family constellations – with special expertise for LGBTQ+ parents and rainbow families.
How the Coaching Process Works
Parenting coaching is a process – structured yet flexible, and always tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can expect:
-
Chemistry Call (optional, free, 15 min): A chance to see if we are a good fit. We’ll clarify basic questions about the framework, process, and fees.
-
Kick-off Session (90 min): Define coaching goals, expectations, and roles. Build trust and structure.
-
Panoramic Parenting Vision Session (90–120 min): Develop your family vision: relationships, resources, stress factors, strengths, and needs.
-
Regular Sessions (90 min each): Work on topics such as communication, role distribution, mental load, transitions (e.g., preschool, school, adolescence), or specific family challenges.
-
Check-ins & Reflection: Apply insights to everyday life and stay on track.
-
Final Session (90 min): Celebrate progress, secure goals, and ensure transfer into daily life. Optional follow-up sessions after 3 or 6 months.

Who I Am
Hi, I’m Martin – a parenting and family coach with a focus on modern and LGBTQ+ family realities.
My approach is based on the Child–Adolescent Development and Parenting (CADP) model and the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF): evidence-based, systemic, attachment-focused, and practical.
As a dad-to-be, I know firsthand how challenging parenthood can be – especially in queer contexts. I support you professionally, empathetically, and on equal footing.
Coaching vs. Therapy vs. Consulting
-
Therapy treats mental health conditions and heals past wounds.
-
Counseling provides direct advice and solutions.
-
Parenting Coaching is future-oriented: together we develop strategies to empower you as a parent. I ask the questions – you find your answers.

My coaching supports you if you…
-
are preparing for parenthood, e.g., with a tailored coaching for expectant parents (through surrogacy, adoption, or blended families)

feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or insecure in your parenting role
-
as LGBTQ+ parents or a rainbow family want to feel seen and supported
-
